In order to redeem your Gift Card, you must click on the "Redeem Now" button inside your confirmation email.
If you have not received this email from us, then firstly, check your junk email folder as our emails occasionally end up in there. If you still cannot find the email, then you can reach out to the person who bought the Gift Card, as they will also have received a confirmation email with the "Redeem Now" button in it.
