Peddling along Kent's coast
Ever wanted to unleash your inner forager? Of course you have! You’ll be bicycling along the Kent coast, learning how to forage for wild garlic, berries, shellfish and asparagus, before enjoying a delicious foraged lunch! The circuit is between 3 and 6 miles, with lots of stops to learn about plant identification and food gathering. Your day out will last between 5 and 7 hours, and it all takes place near Deal, Kent (now that’s a deal 😉)! Lucia Stuart, a French Restauranteur, will be leading both the ‘Wild Kitchen’ team as chef, but also as your fantastic expert guide!
